$30.00 – $37.50/hr DOE (top tier in forestry operations)

Experienced Operator: 2+ years on forestry mulchers, skid steers, excavators, tracked chippers
CDL License: A big bonus—helps us move equipment and boosts your earning potential
Chainsaw Skills: Comfortable with felling, limbing, and bucking is a plus

Operate heavy equipment: mulchers, excavators, skid steers, tracked chippers, log grapples
Assist with saw work and slash cleanup as needed
Perform daily equipment inspections and field repairs to keep machines running strong
Contribute to wildfire mitigation and land-clearing projects in Colorado’s premier mountain counties (Grand, Summit, Eagle, and beyond)
Per diem provided for travel assignments
2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience (forestry preferred)
CDL strongly preferred (bonus pay for licensed operators)
Chainsaw/sawyer skills a plus
Must be 18+
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
US work authorization
