In this project, Bear Claw Land Services was hired as a land clearing contractor to clear 20 acres in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Our team completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget.
This project required the use of our highly specialized forestry equipment such as forestry mulchers, tracked chippers, excavators, and a grounds crew of sawyers.
The East Troublesome fire devastatingly burned former employee housing in Rocky Mountain National Park.
We were hired to remove burned trees in the burn area along with clear standing lodgepole pines to make room for a new employee housing development.
Our crew operated efficiently to clear this land for new roadways, utilities, duplexes, triplexes, and quadplexes.
Throughout the project our crew worked hand in hand directly with the Park Service Officials to ensure work area boundaries were maintained, tree protection zones were established, and safety standards were met.
If you are a commercial developer or government agency looking to clear land for new housing developments, please fill out the form here for a free estimate or give us a call at 970-363-4837.
