In this job, our client located in Winter Park Highlands subdivision wanted to clear an area for a new garage addition.
Our team safely removed 20 hazardous trees (within falling distance of home)
After felling & removing the trees, we used our forestry mulcher to clear and remove flammable juniper bushes from the understory.
We also performed stump grinding on all of the stumps outside of the building envelope to ensure a visually appealing product and eliminate stumps from the property.
The stumps you see standing tall in the photo were within the building envelope of the new garage. We leave these stumps high for the excavation contractor to remove when digging the foundation. By leaving stumps high inside your building foundation, your excavation contractor has more leverage with his machine, therefore making stumps easier to remove completely from within the foundation.
