Land Clearing for Fire Mitigation

Our client reached out to us to help him clean up his 5 acre property. This Granby property, similar to other Colorado mountain properties, was littered with dead lodgepole pines leftover from the Beetle Kill.

With our specialized forestry equipment, we can efficiently remove dead trees for fire mitigation from the forest of Colorado.

In order to remove the trees effectively, we mobilized  our skid steer, forestry mulcher, chipper, and grapple bucket attachment.

Our client is a golfer and wanted to make room on the top of the hills of his property for golf pads.

The Bear Claw Land Services team removed all the scattered dead wood, logs, lodgepole pines, and junipers from the property.

We hauled all of the wood to the back of the property where we staged our chipper.

Our client wanted to keep the chips for spreading over the trails throughout his property.

While we were working on site, we focused on minimizing impact to the forest while utilizing only necessary paths for equipment.

The equipment paths used to remove dead trees were repurposed into walking trails throughout the 5 acre property by spreading chips over the disturbed ground.

Our client was 100% satisfied and left us a 5 star review.

“I highly recommend Bear Claw Land Services. Austin and his crew, did an amazing job on my property. The property was littered with downed trees, tons of junipers, and old structure debris. After a grueling week of work, the property now looks like a beautiful City Park.. Thanks Austin, Josh, and Chris.”
